Here at Return Of The 80s, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return the goods for a refund (excluding the cost of delivery) as long as they are returned unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
You must contact us through our “Contact Us” page to notify us before returning your order. We will then send you a reference number and return address.
IMPORTANT - Due to the collectable nature of the items we sell, any item in a sealed package you wish to return must be returned to us UNOPENED and in resaleable condition, so as not to decrease the value of the item. All items must be returned in the same condition that you received them.
When returning any item please include your name, address, order number, returns reference number and the reason for the return.
We will not reimburse return shipping charges, or carriage costs incurred in the initial purchase and suggest parcels are returned recorded delivery as we cannot refund missing goods.
Please ensure you retain proof of posting when returning items.
Once the parcel has been received, we will refund your order within 7 days of receipt (excluding the postage and packaging charges).
If any item is found to be defective or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, we will of course give you a full refund.
Items displaying damage or defects deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty.
Should a problem occur as a result of a mistake on our part within 10 days of dispatch, we will refund all reasonable postage costs incurred by the customer upon proof of payment.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
